Since our stuff is made to order we do not accept returns. Unless messed on our side. Like sent the wrong item or messed up the print.

If that's the case contact support@shredclaw.com with pictures of the item issue and we'll gladly work with you!

There's a small window from the time the order gets placed and it gets sent out to start printing. But if you decide to cancel email us the order number and we'll see what we can do!
