Shipping

Our products are made to order. Our processing warehouse usually gets orders out the door in 2-10 business days but due to the ongoing pandemic we have seen slows down in the process so it might take a bit longer.

We really wish you can bear with the extended wait times before you get your products because I'm sure you will love our Shred Claw merch!

In the U.S. items will arrive between 2-7 days after they are shipped.

Items to Canada and Mexico take a little over a week Items anywhere else will usually take around 2 weeks 

 You will get a shipping confirmation in your email the day your order has been shipped.

 

Returns

Since our stuff is made to order we do not accept returns.

If you receive the wrong item or it contains issues with printing then email us at support@shredclaw.com with a description and images of the item. If your case is accepted we can reship a new item out to you.

There's a small window from the time the order gets placed and it gets sent out to start printing. But if you decide to cancel email us the order number and we'll see what we can do!
